How We Walk Together

The journey is offered in two rhythms.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes and may include reflective dialogue, breath-based practices, or gentle embodied awareness.

Everything moves at the pace your nervous system can trust.

A contained arc for reconnection, reflection, and recalibration.

12 Sessions

A deeper journey allowing spacious integration and sustained change.
